Phil performs an extensive range of Covers from the 60's to recent radio releases of today. Playing selections from some of the greatest songwriters from the likes of The Beatles, Tom Petty, The Doors, Cat Stevens, Radiohead, R.E.M, Coldplay, Jack Johnson, plus many other artists. When appropriate, Phil adds Classical Guitar music to his sets including pieces by Bach, Beethoven, Mozart, Pachelbel and several other great composers. Original Music is also added to sets. Qualifications & Experience:
* Studying music, performing, songwriting and playing guitar 16 years, 1991-2007.
* 2 years studying at The Nelson School Of Music Contemporary Performance Course.
* Experienced guitar tutor, Primary & High Schools students.
* Songwriting member of APRA. (Australasian Performing Rights Association)
* Grade 6 Music Theory (Royal School of Music)
* Self producing 4 albums of Original Music with a duo, 3-piece band and a solo album.
